DO YOU SERVE COOKED OYSTERS?

No, we currently only serve oysters raw on the half shell. We guarantee the oysters we source are excellent au naturel, but we also provide classic accompaniments like mignonette, lemon, hot sauce, crackers, and cocktail sauce.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER OF OYSTERS?

The minimum order for us to cater your event is a half bushel, which we consider 100 oysters.

WHAT ABOUT THE PRICING?

We primarily price based on the number of oysters and our time. Each event is unique, so please reach out to us to develop a plan and price.
